Terms and conditions of sale

All reservations imply that the customer agrees not only to Mistral Tour’s pricing policy but also to the following terms and conditions.

1. DEFINITION OF THE SERVICE

The tours last a day (the times are confirmed at reservation). A tour includes 3 visits to wineries with tasting, an introduction to tasting, a visit to a cellar, and transportation in comfortable and air conditioned transportation. Meals are not included and the customer must pay them directly to the selected restaurant/establishment.

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Bookings are taken into account and confirmed upon reception of a 40€ booking fee per person. The remaining amount is to be settled on the day of the service. Payment can be made by cash or bank card/credit card (via secured Pay Plug internet payment).

3. DELAY OF CANCELLATION

A cancellation fee will be applied depending on the delay of cancellation, as follows:

  • Up to 72 hours prior to the tour: no cancellation fee
  • Between 72 and 24 hours prior to the tour: your booking fee will be kept as cancellation fee
  • When cancelling within the last 24 hours before the tour the customer will have to settle the whole amount of the service.

In case of cancellation by Mistral Tour, the customer will be refunded any booking fee immediately and with no charges.

4. INSURANCE

Mistral Tour is insured by Mutuelle Fraternelle d’Assurances for the transportation of its customers. When customers are not on board the vehicle, they are not covered by the insurance subscribed by Mistral Tour. Moreover Mistral Tour has no responsibility for its customers’ personal belongings.

5. DISCLAIMER

Mistral Tour cannot be held responsible for any exterior factors that might interfere with the smooth progress of the tour, like the weather or traffic, for instance.

6. JURISDICTION CLAUSE

The courts of Nîmes or Montpellier will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
